We will make a commitment to you, to look after your property as if it is our own, and we will endeavour to make your property investment work for you.

1^st Choice Properties provides three service levels, a tenant find service, a fully managed service and a management plus service to cater for your individual requirements.

When letting a property, the biggest hurdle is finding the right tenant that matches the needs of your property.

We achieve this by assessing your objectives for the property, this will include:

●     Timescales – when you want a tenant for your property

●     Period of rental required for your property

●     How much rent you need to generate each month

●     The type of tenant you’d ideally like in the property

To fulfil this, we meet with you personally, and once we understand your objectives, we will then ensure your property is marketed through the most appropriate channels, currently we promote our properties nationwide through the following:

• Rightmove
• Zoopla (and all other associated websites)
• Facebook
• Instagram
• Our own dedicated, highly promoted website
• 1^st Choice Properties database, which holds information on tenants actively seeking properties in specific areas who are keen to find a property as quickly as possible.
