 By selling your home through 1st Choice Properties how much could you save?

A property selling for £340,000 through a traditional estate agency with a typical sales fee of 1.25%, would incur a cost for selling of £4,250.00 plus VAT.

At 1st Choice Properties we offer 3 levels of service to suit your individual needs and budget:

Bronze Service 

You pay an upfront fee of £495.00 plus VAT which would cover the cost of marketing your property on Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime location and all other associated portals until the property is sold or you advise us that you wish to cancel the agreement. In addition, we would provide you would a full set of colour details with a 3d floor plan.

Additionally, we will co-ordinate all interest in the property and arrange viewings at a time to suit you and negotiate any potential sale and place it in the hands of your appointed solicitors. 

Silver Service

(includes all the Bronze Service benefits) plus:

If you would like us to accompany prospective buyers on all viewings you pay a fixed fee of £795.00 (which include the initial £495.00) plus VAT.

Gold service

(includes all the Bronze & Silver Service benefits) plus:

We would manage the sale of your property from start to finish - placing it on the market to final completion for an additional 0.5% of the sale value plus VAT, payable on completion.
