Just had to say, we have had such an amazing experience so far; we moved into our new home a few days ago, and have had such a lovely experience with Mark and Kelly! The fees are typical of any agent but I have to say, we have gotten quite a lot more for our money than with any other agent! The inventory alone is very comprehensive, and the service has been superb! Communication has been excellent and the process has been thoroughly enjoyable! ***Update*** 7 months in and we're still.so happy we chose this company! Nothing is too much trouble, Mark and Kelly are just amazing, and our Landlord has been fantastic. Couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!!!
