I would like to thank Mark and his team at 1st Choice Properties for assisting us in selling our family home. When we did our research, we found that 1st Choice Properties offered essentially the same service as a mainstream agent (property details, photos, floor plans, marketing, accompanied viewing if we desired, etc) for a fraction of the cost. From start to completion the team couldn't do enough to help the transaction go through. We saved thousands of pounds by instructing 1st Choice Properties and sold our house for a higher price than suggested by several mainstream agents! I can't thank them enough and would highly recommend them for the service they provided!
