Mark from 1st Choice Properties sold our 2 bedroom flat in Newport Pagnell.
Fee's were a fraction of the cost of other well known high street estate agents.
We liked the fixed one off fee with no time restrictions, most other agents have time restrictions i.e.they will only market your property for 6 months and if unsold you have to pay again.
Mark provides a friendly service whereby he is available to correspond out of office hours which suited me an my husband who both work full time office hours, and weren't always available to speak between 9am-5pm.
