Kelly Leggett and her colleagues are always friendly, approachable and helpful. Kelly is lovely to deal with, and we really appreciate her kindness, patience and the way she communicates with us. Whenever we have needed assistance or reported a maintenance issue, the team has been responsive and has helped arrange the necessary appointments. We particularly appreciate how understanding and flexible they have been in arranging visits around our availability, always taking our circumstances into consideration. It's reassuring to deal with a family-run agency where you feel listened to and treated with kindness and respect. A big thank you to Kelly and the whole team at 1st Choice Properties for their continued support. We really appreciate everything you do!
