Mark and the 1st Choice team helped me with an estate disposal of a shared ownership property in Milton Keynes. Mark was very friendly when we first met him to let us know about the services they offered and the best way to advertise the property. He advised to sell as the shared ownership as this would go quicker than selling the whole property and dealing with division of the proceeds. We were very impressed and the fact that the company was local to us we engaged their services. They arranged a viewing and video for advertising and put the property on the market on the Wednesday evening, as Mark had predicted there where multiple viewings arranged within hours of the property being marketed. First viewing and the asking price was offered- property sold Thursday evening.
